International Marketing Manager (EXPORT Food & Beverage - APAC & Beyond)Location: Rama III Road, Chong Nonsi, Yannawa, BangkokLevel: Senior ManagerSalary: Competitive (Based on experience) Job OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and strategic International Marketing Manager to lead a global marketing team, driving brand growth, consumer engagement, and market share within the food & beverage industry. This role will oversee end-to-end marketing activities, including brand strategy, product marketing, communications, digital marketing, trade marketing, and innovation pipeline development. Key Responsibilities Marketing Strategy & ManagementDevelop and execute integrated marketing strategies to strengthen brand equity and positioning.
Design and implement 360° marketing campaigns (online/offline) to drive awareness and sales. Collaborate with creative, media, PR, and digital agencies for campaign development and execution. Ensure marketing efforts align with sales targets and distribution strategy.
Market Research & Consumer InsightsAnalyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity. Translate insights into actionable strategies and product opportunities. Lead product lifecycle strategies—from concept to launch and beyond.
Work with research partners and leverage internal data tools (e.g., Nielsen, Kantar, Tmall data, etc.). Digital & E-commerce MarketingDevelop digital marketing strategies including SEO/SEM, social media, influencer marketing, and performance marketing. Coordinate with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, Tmall, ) on digital promotions and content.
Team Leadership & Cross-functional CollaborationManage and mentor the marketing team to build capability and performance. Collaborate with sales, trade marketing, finance, supply chain, and external partners to ensure business alignment. Qualifications & RequirementsEducation: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: 8-10 years in marketing, preferably in F&B, FMCG, or consumer goods. Knowledge of the China market is a plus. Proven track record in brand building, product launches, and campaign management.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategy. Experience managing budgets, agencies, and cross-functional teams. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Digital and e-commerce marketing experience is a strong plus. Languages: Fluency in English; knowledge of regional languages, especially Chinese, is a plus. Why Join
