Provide creative contribution, suggestions of cost impacts and ways to reduce cost of garments to internal team. - Communicate tech pack details, development comments, lab-dip, strike off and sample approval to the suppliers. - Work with suppliers to follow up on development testing and fix any potential quality issues, coordinate with Quality Assurance to ensure the quality of products - Track the development of all products to ensure timely completion and adherence to the product development calendar, including prototype sample, fit garments, photo shooting sample until getting approval products.- Establish calendar development timelines and prioritize flow of materials, art and fit approvals based on production timing - Monitor work in progress (WIP) and manage all reports / working files with vendors for development. Ensure delivery of weekly development milestone from each supplier - Supplier performance management: Cost /lead-time / Quality **คุณสมบัติ**: - Minimum bachelors degree, any field (mandatory) - Minimum 5-7 years of work experience in buying apparel brand. Strong skills in dealing with suppliers for development to production process, raw material selection, material planning, production ordering and costs calculation. - Good command in English both written and verbal. (Mandarin is a plus) - Excellent analytical, planning, and efficient communication skills, with the ability to solve problems and develop creative solutions. - Must be detail-oriented, able to multitask, and punctual in meeting deadlines - Flexible, confident, and positive disposition with a good sense of responsibility and accountability. - Team player and able to work under pressure with deadlines. - Willing and able to travel
