Retail Sales Associate

We are looking for a dynamic hybrid Retail & E-commerce Sales Associate to support both our in-store and online sales channels. This role combines customer service, sales, and operational support across both physical retail and e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate is fast, customer-focused, highly organized, and comfortable working across digital and in-person environments.

A. Sales & Customer Service

• Actively engage in sales, both online and in-store, assisting customers with product selection.

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries across all online channels (chat, email, social) with professionalism and clarity.

• Provide detailed product information and personalized advice to local and international customers.

• Analyze customer profiles and buying signals to recommend suitable products and convert leads into sales.

• Follow up on unconfirmed leads and open conversations until order completion.

B. Store & Website Operations

• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.

• Manage stock display, support inventory management, and assist with coordinating product transfers.

• Participate in sales campaigns and promotional events both online and in-store (including pop-ups).

• Support product visibility and accuracy on the website when required.

C. Payments & Reporting

• Process in-store sales transactions and handle various payment methods accurately.

• Submit daily sales reports and ensure accurate record-keeping of all transactions.

D. Logistical & Operational Support

• Assist with coordinating special deliveries, pop-up store setups, and other operational tasks as needed.

• Ensure timely execution of assigned duties both inside and outside the store environment.

• Have full working rights for Thailand.

• Fluent in English (spoken and written) — mandatory.

• Experience in retail sales, e-commerce, or customer service preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Fast, reliable, organized, and highly responsive.

• Ability to understand client needs and drive sales.

• Familiarity with digital platforms and comfortable with online tools.

• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends, and at pop-up locations when required.

• Physically able to stand for long periods and handle store-related tasks.

• Hybrid role combining physical store work and online sales support.

• Fast-paced environment with flexible scheduling.

• Availability during promotional periods and sales campaigns.

• Flexibility to work across different store locations or at external events as needed.

• ให้ข้อมูลสินค้าอย่างละเอียด พร้อมคำแนะนำแบบเฉพาะบุคคลแก่ลูกค้าทั้งในและต่างประเทศ

• วิเคราะห์โปรไฟล์และพฤติกรรมลูกค้าเพื่อนำเสนอสินค้าที่เหมาะสม และผลักดันให้เกิดการปิดการขาย

• ติดตามลูกค้าที่สนใจแต่ยังไม่ตัดสินใจซื้อ เพื่อสร้างโอกาสในการปิดการขายอย่างต่อเนื่อง

B. การจัดการร้านและเว็บไซต์

• ดูแลให้ร้านสะอาด เป็นระเบียบ และมีการจัดแสดงสินค้าอย่างน่าดึงดูด

• จัดการสต็อกสินค้า สนับสนุนการตรวจนับและบริหารสต็อก รวมถึงประสานงานการเคลื่อนย้ายสินค้า

• มีส่วนร่วมในแคมเปญส่งเสริมการขายและกิจกรรมพิเศษ ทั้งในหน้าร้านและช่องทางออนไลน์ (รวมถึงงาน pop-up)

• สนับสนุนการแสดงสินค้าและความถูกต้องของข้อมูลสินค้าบนเว็บไซต์ตามความจำเป็น

C. การรับชำระเงินและการรายงาน

• ดำเนินการรับชำระเงินจากลูกค้าที่หน้าร้าน และจัดการกับช่องทางการชำระเงินรูปแบบต่างๆ ได้อย่างถูกต้อง

• จัดทำและส่งรายงานยอดขายประจำวัน พร้อมตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของธุรกรรมทั้งหมด

D. การสนับสนุนด้านโลจิสติกส์และงานปฏิบัติการ

• ช่วยประสานงานการส่งสินค้าพิเศษ การติดตั้งงาน pop-up และภารกิจงานปฏิบัติการอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

• ดำเนินงานต่างๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายทั้งภายในและภายนอกร้านได้อย่างตรงเวลาและมีประสิทธิภาพ

• มีสิทธิการทำงานเต็มรูปแบบสำหรับประเทศไทย

• มีทักษะภาษาอังกฤษ (พูดและเขียน) ในระดับดีมาก — ข้อกำหนดที่จำเป็น

• มีประสบการณ์ด้านการขายหน้าร้าน การขายออนไลน์ หรือการบริการลูกค้า จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

Parts of Four flagship and first store is located in the Marais, Paris, France.
