As a global manufacturing company, specialized in the fast-moving consumer sector, we are looking for the Key Account Executive (Modern Trade) to join our dynamic team in Thailand.
Key role and responsibilities:
Implement key account strategies aligning with company directions in order to deliver a great business result of annual target with profitability from the customer.
Commit to achieve agreed sales budget under the assigned responsibility.
Analyze sales performance, promotion effectiveness and market trends.
Review business plan, year-to-date sales and business problems with key customers
Develop and implement customer activity plan.
Monitor competitive activities and recommend strategic actions.
Build and maintain strong key customer relationships.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage promotions, new product listings, and in-store execution.
Others ad hoc as per assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any related field.
2 - 5 years' experience in FMCG Modern Trade account.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Must own a car as require visiting vendors / customers.
Strong analytical, interpersonal & communication skills.
Possess “can do” attitude, entrepreneurial spirit, practical creativity.
Good interpersonal & communication skills with a good command of both spoken & written English.
Computer-literate & have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel / Words / PowerPoint.
