Key Account Executive - New Business Acquisition
**Job Description**: **EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE**: - Degree in Health Science related. - Have at least 3-5 years working experience in Medical Business. - Proven experience in KOL management, Product enlisting, Key Account Management plan - Good command of both written and spoken English and Thai to communicate effectively with stakeholders involved. - Computer literacy (MS-Office programs). - Strong leadership skill and able to think strategically and tactically. **PRIMARY OBJECTIVES**: - Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets - Have a good understanding of the businesses products or services and be able to advise others about them - Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business - Maintain excellent rapport with key contact points and develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand **CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**: - Developing new business relationships, generating and negotiating new business to an agreed annual qualitative and quantitative target. - Work closely with Corporate and Government Affairs (CGA) to Develop and maintain relationships. - Responsible for managing the relationship with key accounts and interact at all levels within the territory area - Create and be accountable for all client proposals, contracts and any further documentation - Assist/participate with business partner by providing information to develop marketing objectives, strategies, advertising and promotion. - Provide support to business partner in implementation of the product strategies in coordination with Sales Manager/Supervisor - Gain deep understanding of stakeholders needs to create meaningful solutions and outcome to patients and healthcare stakeholders. Identify and source partnership opportunities and process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management - Leading matrix leadership projects as project manager role. Embedding collaboration across healthcare stakeholders including Public Health Parties, prioritized medical institutions and patient advocacy groups. Manage specific project as aligned with commercial & Corporate and Government Affairs (CGA) assignment. - Self-starter with a hands-on and can-do mindset: willing to own up and get personally involved to resolve the issue. - Address product complaints in a timely fashion and as per Policy. - Report market intelligence to Sales and Marketing Management in a correct and timely manner. - Doing report in CRM system - Represent Abbott in a professional manner that aligns with company image, ensuring activities comply with WHO code, Thai code, relevant Acts, legal demands, Abbott code of conduct and ethical standards.
