Lab Technician

Lab Technician, Savory Food Application Reporting to the Application Technologist, Taste & Beyond Savory Food, you will be part of a dynamic team with the challenge to provide support to our business. **Key Responsibilities**: Perform independently complex, routine and non-routine laboratory activities including analytical tasks and sample preparation/purification. Identify common problems/issues encountered. Keep daily record and appropriate documentation on all laboratory work performed. anage stock of lab supplies & raw materials as well as storage of samples prepared, and maintain clean and well-organized laboratory/workplace. Independently operate and assure appropriate functioning of standard equipment. Assure compliance of HS&E procedures and proactively contribute to the improvement of lab safety. Independent and efficient use of all internal tools for data collection/recording and administration. Maintain awareness of technology and issues affecting own job. Assist/provide support to lab head and the Application / Creation / R&D / QC / Sensory / SC Teams in their daily task. **We value**: Tertiary degrees in Food Science/Chemistry or related fields; Minimum 3-5 years in a laboratory environment.
