**Role and Responsibilities**: - Analyzing and learning the users needs and requirement. - Reviewing the code writing by the team members. - Being responsible for testing software, debugging, trouble shooting and upgrading software. - Developing the cyber security and protection settings. - Improving software and creating tools for less maintenance. - Researching and enabling yourself on new technology to create a better product. - Participating in agile working practices such as daily stand up, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. **Qualifications**: - Bachelors Degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering or a relevant field. - At least 2+ years of previous experience in leading a team of developers. - 6+ years of experience of hands-on coding experience with multiple technologies on the back end such as Java, C#.Net, Node.JS, Microservices and Java. - 3+ years of experience with multiple front-end technologies is preferred such as Angular 2+, Flutter, React.JS, React Native, etc). - Experience with cloud technologies including AWS, Kafka and Elastic Search. - Experience in databases such as MongoDB, SQL, UX/UI Design and Apache is a plus. - Able to translate business requirements to software designs. - Previous experience in Digital Assets or Platforms is a plus. - Good English is preferred at this level.
