Browse our Marketing team openings to see how you can make an impact with us. - Create monthly Livestream KOL budget and content plan for Shopee Thailand - Oversee team to create creative content and messages to promote products and campaigns via Livestream KOL - Manage and evaluate Livestream KOL post and video performance - Communicate and coordinate across internal and external teams - Manage overall user sentiment and collect user satisfaction from KOL post **Requirements**: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration and related fields, preferably in Digital Marketing, Communications, Marketing, Business or New Media3-5 years work experience in related fields (e.g. e-commerce, consulting, tech) - Experience in KOL or media budget management and evaluation - Strong leadership and team management skill and understanding big picture overview and direction - Strong critical thinking and able to plan and do business and budget justification - Able to communicate in both Thai and Engish language with a creative mindset and have a sense of pattern & cause and effects - Highly creative with personalized/segmented communication experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate - Experienced in communication in e-commerce or online platform business will be an advantage. - Able to work in a fast paced working environment while maintaining a great attention to detail and working to deadlines.
