Job Purpose As a key person who responsible for Creative and Quality Content Design (including training materials design, scripts, objections handling, facilitator guide, conduct train the trainer, dry-run/pilot training courses) with the aim of building capacity and driving performance within our bank partner Key Responsibilities - Responsible for training content design on all Bancassurance to develop sales skills and products knowledge as well as sales leadership to the FWD bancassurance sales team and bank sales force - Responsible in co-developing training course curriculum and materials, together with banks academy and product team to ensure that the content and delivery methods are based on training needs - Co-work and support trainers on developing content, materials, and media and process for COM04 approval to ensure quality and correctness before use in-field training - Reviews and maintains Bancassurance training curriculum, content, materials documents, manuals, aids, tools, and media to stay updated all the time - Support delivery and facilitation of Bancassurance training projects to ensure smoothness across bank sales channel **Qualifications**: - University degree with specialization in Insurance, or Business Management; a Masters degree is preferred - At least 3 years experience in the Insurance, 1 year or more experience in a Bank - Knowledge in Unit Linked product or Investment or having IC license would be plus - In depth knowledge of life insurance products and/or sales & leadership training - Excellent communication and presentation skills (English &Thai) - Proficient in the use of Microsoft Offices
