Your Job

We are looking for contribution motivated talents to be part of our dynamic team with great career development plan in our Rayong plant.

Our Team

You will be working with operations team, reporting directly to Lower Line Leader.

What You Will Do

This program aims to develop young talents to be our future Shift manager. Selected talents will get a chance to join extensive training, expand their knowledge in real life business operations while getting coached and mentored by our professional team. Specific job duties/responsibilities will be provided during the selection process.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Degree in Engineering field, Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Chemical Engineering or any engineering field.
• At least 1 year of working experience.
• Eligible for full-time employment.
• Possess a strong leadership, adaptability to change, problem solving skill, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Contribution motivated mindset.
• Good command in Thai and English.
• Comfortable working in the shift rotation patterns in the manufacturing environment.
