With 550 dedicated professionals and over 15,000 outsourced staff, we will continue to carry out our mission to develop a better career, a better life, and a better society, and thrive to become the No.1 people solutions organization in Southeast Asia. **Key Responsibilities** - Managing and maintaining effective Safety standards and compliance for the manufacturing environment. - Providing intelligent engineering solutions to support standard food safety programs in operations. - Creating efficient cost control. - Ensuring sufficient technical provision to maintain continuous operations with minimum technical and technological downtime. - Performing effective and efficient preventive maintenance programs. - Managing a team of technicians to support operations. - Leading capital investment projects in assigned areas of responsibility. - Controlling and managing efficient energy utilization. - Being a part of the sustainability workforce. - Developing and implementing a preventive maintenance program for all equipment and machinery used in food production to ensure good working conditions. - Managing and supervising a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring the team performs its duties effectively and efficiently. - Managing and coordinating the maintenance schedule, ensuring that all maintenance activities are completed on time and within budget. - Working with the Operations team to ensure the production schedules are met, and that maintenance activities do not disrupt production schedules. - Ensuring with effectiveness maintenance and technical works comply with GMP/HACCP/FSSC 22000 or another standard. - Developing and maintaining relationships with vendors and suppliers of maintenance and repair services, ensuring that the facility has access to quality service at a reasonable cost. - Keeping accurate records of all maintenance activities, including equipment maintenance schedules, repair and replacement costs, and spare parts and supplies inventory. - Analyzing equipment performance data and recommending changes or upgrades to improve efficiency, reduce downtime, and minimize maintenance costs. - Developing and managing the maintenance budget, ensuring the resources are allocated appropriately to maintain all equipment and machinery in good condition. - Continuously monitoring industry trends and new technologies to identify opportunities for improvement in maintenance processes and equipment. **Qualifications** - Bachelors or masters degree in engineering with Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering fields. - Minimum 10 years of experience in maintenance management of manufacturing plant. - Experience in the Food industry, FMCG is an advantage. - Good computer literature in Microsoft office and engineering-related software. - Experienced working in FMCG or the Food industry. - Strong leadership abilities. - Moderate in English communication.
