Job Opening: Management Trainee. ABOUT USPantavanij is one of the largest eProcurement Platform Providers in Southeast Asia. We provide cloud-based eProcurement solutions to large enterprise customers in all industries. Our business is growing very fast, and we are looking for a talent candidate to join our success. Responsibilities:

• Participate in a structured training program and rotate through various departments such as, Software Development, Project Management, and Business Development.
• Learn to operate the e-Procurement system and support enterprise clients in using the platform effectively.
• Contribute to system and service development projects.
• Analyze data and propose process improvement initiatives.
• Report performance outcomes to management and receive guidance from assigned mentors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in relevant fields such as: Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, Data innovation or related fields.

Required Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPointPersonality & Attitude:
• Eagerness to learn and explore new things
• Creative thinking and adaptability to change
• Leadership potential and ambition to grow in a management careerOthers:
• Minimum GPA of 3.25
