You will be exposed to most parts of our business and receive the necessary training, guidance and mentorship from the management team to learn and perform well in your roles. After a year of rotations, you and the company will jointly determine a permanent role that best suits your skill sets and aptitude.** **As a startup, we have a flat and open culture that focuses on meritocracy not “experience”.
