Together as one team, we are Here to move. - Management of operational RE-work on country-level - Steering of country-wide demands and securing of optimal provision of space and services - Evaluation of status of locations and definition of actions - Support Site Representatives - Secure lease abstracting, refurbishment and handover of investments | lease acquisition | equity acquisition - Start-up FM operations - Secure business contingency management - Secure procure to pay (Schenker perspective) - Audit maintenance performance and database matching | reporting - Initiate accruals for dilapidation costs - 10 years experience in Finance or RE - Experience in project steering and financial reporting - Management experiences - Good knowledge on real estate and facility management - Good negotiation, communication, planning and strategic skills - Good command of English both reading, writing, speaking and listening - Good computer literacy - Commercial awareness
