Including understand suppliers target, KPI and any concerns to bring the win-win negotiation scenario. **Qualifications**: A minimum of 5 years in Commercial buyer or purchasing experiences with Retail/ Dynamic Business company. Bachelors degree or higher in any related fields. Extensive buyer experience in General Merchandise goods would be an advantage. Outstanding Negotiation skill. Stock management skill.
