Marketing Effectiveness Manager - Communication

In this role, you get the overall accountability (e.g., targets, execution, reporting) and coordination of the effectiveness programs in the market (Marketing ROI as a priority). You will collaborate with the local marketing (brand managers, media managers, Consumer Market Insights) & finance team, the data quality manager and media agencies but also the internal analytics service line team made up of engineers & data scientists to deliver high quality semi-automated models and turn data to insights and business recommendations. You will also partner with the global/Zone Program Lead to get guidance in terms of embedding process (process implementation and upskilling) to drive a smoother execution of the program. **Program management in market - Collaborate closely with the data quality lead in identifying the type of data needed to be further input to the model. Recommend additional data to be acquired to increase the accuracy of the model if needed. - Work closely with the analytics service line hub to deliver the planned MMM across the brand portfolio in being their spokesperson in the market, bringing local expertise related to data specificities, business activities and category/brand specificities. Co-lead the model validation to ensure high quality and explanability of the model. - Support the embedding of effectiveness metrics in the various business process **Data to insights - Support the brand teams in turning model results from the app into concrete insights related to activations effectiveness overall (trade & consumer promotions, media, CRM ) and detailed campaign optimization. - Collaborate with media agencies to make them familiar with the learnings and partner closely with them to integrate them into their media plan recommendations - Work in collaboration with local data team on meta learnings at market level in terms of portfolio choice, activation mechanics and media channels/plans in terms of effectiveness associated with brand objective. **Market value realization - Effectively communicate status and progress of the program to global and local leadership teams and various stakeholders - Track and report overall effectiveness of the program through specific KPIs **ARE YOU A FIT? - 8 years of demonstrated analytic consulting/delivery experience in marketing analytics; with strong expertise in marketing effectiveness measurement (e.g. attribution measurement, marketing mix modeling, multi touch attribution, sales lift measurement), acquired in analytics agency and/or in advertiser analytics department - Familiarity with front-end and/or back-end software solutions - Familiarity with statistical modeling / machine learning techniques - Experience with agile project management principles - Experience in change management program applied to measurement - Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate work across many functions and in different geographies
