For this reason, Foremost wants to offer an attractive, challenging and inspiring working environment where employees are encouraged to develop themselves both professional and personally. - Vacancy description- FU level expert resource for all media management aspects - mplementing FC media management best practices and processes - Support and challenge Brands to translate their marketing initiatives and KPIs into the right media objectives, strategies and plans: Continuous and campaign media strategies per brand, including role of Digital channels - Manage process to develop an integrated media strategy and qualification of overall media solutions to strength the brands within FU. - Develop media knowledge and expertise within FU and develop, advise others on this specified area. Bring latest trends outside-in. - Involve and align relevant colleagues, for example Brand Leaders, Insights Manager, Shopper Marketing, E commerce, etc. - Responsible for supervision smooth media execution - Ensure financial transparency in the media value chain. - Responsible for managing the relationship and extracting maximum value of external media agencies assigned to plan and purchase of media space, the negotiation of rates, management of media buying efficiency, and the analysis of media effectiveness - Responsible for evaluation of the media strategy and solutions: Drives media learning agenda on FU level and effectiveness of the media investments through facilitating measurement of right KPIs, testing and managing the analysis of generated data into media key beliefs
