Required10923 **Location: Lamphun** **Responsibilities** - Provides technical expertise to support the team and end users, analyzing, diagnosing, troubleshooting, installing, implementing, and resolving the IT Hardware and Software related problems in response to end user reported incidents and requests - Provides a second level technical assistance for escalation from technical support team - Responds to incidents and requests answering user questions, receiving, documenting, and maintaining a record of reported issues in a service desk tracking database, follow-up as necessary - Reviews related assigned supporting tasks from ticketing system on a daily basis to ensure incidents and service requests are proceeded by technical support team in a timely manner within the defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) - Performs other duties and assumes other responsibilities are apparent or as delegated **Qualifications;** - Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT or related fields - Minimum 3-4 years of experience in IT Technical Support; and have strong background in ITIL and ITSM - Background in manufacturing will be advantage - Strong knowledge in various Windows Operating Systems, Computer and IT related hardware - Strong Knowledge and skill in Network and Infrastructure - Strong working knowledge of up-to-date of ITIL and ITSM, MCP, MCSE, MCSA, or any related professional certification is plus - Good interpersonal skill with a focus on relationship building - Good listener and questioning skill - Good Command of English - Strong service mind and excellent customer service skill - Work well under high pressure within limited timelineAfter reading and understanding the criteria and minimum qualification requirements explained in the job information Onsite Support Officer (Lamphun) at the office อ.เมือง ลำพูน above, immediately complete the job application files such as a job application letter, CV, photocopy of diploma, transcript, and other supplements as explained above.
