With our fast-growing pace, you can progress quickly (we mean compensation, responsibilities, and impact) and move to the next position within 1 to 2 years, **if you are ready, willing, and able.** Job Description: Operation Analyst - (Full-time) **Key responsibilities** A lifetime opportunity to build operations for 1,000+ Electric Vehicles. You will be a part of an Operation Excellence team and figure out how to run the operation efficiently and effectively. A great opportunity to explore many dimensions of operations and work with many talents across teams. Operation Assistant will: - ** Structure Operation**: work with operation teams to create standards across operation, to manage 1,000+ Electric Vehicles! - **Solve problems**: Using analytical and data skills to understand problems, as well as be on the ground to match what you see with the data, understand the root causes, not symptoms, before solving problems - **Optimize operation**: continue to improve process/procedures from learnings and findings - **Manage projects**: Coordinate with multiple teams, get your hands dirty, be prepared to be on the field, talk to many people, observe what happen, and interpret what you see in the data - **Support the company in other different roles as needed in an early-stage company** **Qualifications** - New graduates are welcome - Background in Industrial Engineering or Operation is preferred - Strong analytical skills - Strong management/people skills (experience in managing projects, both formal and informal) - Data driven - Willing to learn and challenge yourself - Entrepreneurial. Excited to work with dynamic teams with various working styles - Drive for improvements - Preferred at least Bachelors degree **Who we are** We are a transportation tech company with extensive experiences in both software and hardware.
