**Operations Supervisor**: Our team in **Samutprakarn** currently has an opening for a **Operations Supervisor** **YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**: - Support activities for effective and efficient day-to-day activities in production area such as Refrigerant, Ammonia/ Mixing& Blending. - Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with QSHE & legal regulations including company standards in production area. - To identify operational problems, set operational priorities, and develop operational solutions to resolve problems in an efficient manner. - To manage, handle and control assigned budgets and expenditures. - Manage receiving/ delivery schedules of Refrigerant transportation while controlling logistics and operating costs. - Proactively interact and communicate with Commercial colleagues and other internal customers within and across Supply Chain & Operations including organizing meetings where appropriate. - Ensures that all business activities are proceeded according to the Working Instructions as specified in the Integrated Management System and QSHE requirements. - Under stake projects or other tasks as may be assigned by superiors. **YOUR PROFILE**: - Education : Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical/ functional fields in Production/Operations Management. - Experience : At least 5 years of working experience in chemical industry/ related manufacturing environment. - Good to excellent communication skills in both English and Thai (written and spoken). - Strong problem solving and negotiation skills. - Being energetic, organized, result-driven, and customer centric. - Ability to maintain the highest degree of confidentiality and integrity. - Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects with limited direct supervision. - Ability to respond and adapt to changing business conditions and evolving strategic guidelines. - Computer literate and knowledgeable in using SAP (PP Module). - Ability to demonstrate the following leadership qualities to fulfill this role: **INTERESTED?**:After reading and understanding the criteria and minimum qualification requirements explained in the job information Operations Supervisor at the office สมุทรปราการ above, immediately complete the job application files such as a job application letter, CV, photocopy of diploma, transcript, and other supplements as explained above.
