Scope of Work

To understand the typical job activities and general requirements for an accounts payable clerk in the organization.

An accounts payable staff is generally responsible for processing invoices and issuing payments. A number of related tasks are included in this function.

• Accounting system to HSBC net
• Telegraphic transfer / Bahtnet
• Praparing manual cheque

• To recorded non-media expenses
• Checking documents
• Calculation amount to be paid

• Accrued suppliers invoice not yet receive of the month
• PO allocation
• Bank T/F S/A to C/A
• Bank for money pooling
• Bank charges
• PF & SSF allocation
• Intercompany settlement booking

• Bank Reconcile
• all current liabilities account

• Input VAT in Accounting System
• Vat input report include vat reconcile
• Input Tax report PP.30, PP.36
• WHT PND.3, PND.53
• WHT PND.54, VAT PP.36

• Checking documents & Matching cheque with suppliers invoice
• Copy tax invoice
• Doing file name for box file

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting & Finance
• 2 - 5 years experience in Account Payable
• New graduates are welcome to apply
• Able to deal and handle difficult situation and work under time constrains
• Able to work in a dynamic environment which requires greater flexibility and adaptability
• Generate ad-hoc reports as management required.
