The Planning and Delivery Control Associate is responsible for calculating and managing purchase quantities based on customer long-term forecasts to ensure that sufficient stock levels are maintained to meet anticipated demand. This role involves monitoring stock situations, analyzing inventory levels, and mitigating risks related to excess stock and potential shortages. Delivery to customer with correct document.
Responsibilities
Calculate purchasing quantity from customer long term forecast to fulfill customer monthly production
Monitor customer order fluctuation and adjust purchase quantity to match with customer demand
Collaborate with Sales and Procurement teams to validate forecast accuracy and adjust purchasing plans as necessary
Receive order from customer and inform to Warehouse department for prepare delivery as per request
Issue accurate tax invoice and on-time
Inventory control and report in monthly basis
Monitor inventory levels and stock movements to maintain a balance between supply and demand.
Track real-time stock levels and usage rates to identify potential risks of excess inventory or stock shortages.
Build Out : Prepare forecast analysis and explain to Sale team what is forecast and purchase condition during that timing to issue last PO to supplier
Make Long Aging Inventory in Monthly basis to understand inventory situation
Forecast Analysis
Operate correspondence with customers/suppliers to solve the problems with short time to be met their satisfaction.
Perform any statutory and regulatory assignment from leader or authorization person
Daily problem solving to maintain smooth operation
Requirements
Bachelor degree or higher in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing or related field
0-2 years of working experience
Experience in Supply Chain Management in Automotive Import and Export area preferable
Good Computer Skill
Good command of English (TOEIC 550+)
Good Logical/Critical Thinking, Leadership skill
Able to work at Prachinburi
Able to work on some Saturdays (not over 2 days per month depending on company calendar)
