Degree or higher. Strong in data administration. Proficient in MS Excel. Details oriented. Support on new system Product, Price, Promotion. Key Responsibility Play a big role to validate the price and promotion information from key stakeholders is correct and completed. Ensure the data validation for Price and Promotion, data preparation for uploading in the system and data output verification. Provide and monitor the transaction report, tracking and progress. Coordinate with key stakeholders to support price and promotion information and the change, also communicate the progress. Supervise and provide suggestion to team member to solve any product, price and promotion issues. Clearly understand Product, Price and Promotion policy & procedure and acknowledge new system enhancement. Complete Product, Price or Promotion data for entry assignment on time. Support on new system development for Product, Price and Promotion management. Bachelor degree in any related field with 3-5 years of experiences in Data and administration support. Project Management or Transition, working with IT or external vendor will be a big plus. Good in Microsoft Office especially Excel. Good computer logic and data management skill. Good command in English. Good sense of urgency. Detail oriented and have an eyes for details. Good interpersonal skill and service minded. Proactive / Fast Learner / Flexibility.
