Procurement Manager
SUMMARY:
Reporting directly to the Property Management team, the Procurement Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing all procurement activities. This includes strategic sourcing, vendor management, contract negotiation, and ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality across all procurement processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and implement sourcing strategies to identify and evaluate potential vendors.
Collaborate with operational teams to create purchasing strategies that reduce costs and align with service scopes.
Lead the end-to-end procurement process, including vendor selection, evaluation, negotiation, contract management, and project delivery.
Manage vendor relationships, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
Drive cost-saving initiatives while maintaining high service levels.
Support and participate in bidding and tendering processes.
Ensure all procurement activities comply with internal procedures, legal regulations, and ethical standards.
Supervise the procurement team to ensure compliance with ISO 41001 standards.
Assist operational teams in monitoring KPIs and ensuring performance targets are met.
Identify and mitigate risks related to contract management and supply chain operations.
Contribute to the development and enhancement of CBREs procurement benchmark database.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Management or a related field.
8-10 years of experience in procurement, preferably in property or facility management.
Strong negotiation, analytical thinking, decision-making, and leadership skills.
Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 41001 is an advantage.
Proven ability to collaborate across global and regional teams.
Experience in contract negotiation and development is essential.
Proficient in English (spoken and written) and computer literacy.
