Product Development, Senior Associate

Job Description:

• Work on the process, Operation & Design teams, to generate and understand the product concepts following the tech pack make a bill of materials data during all phases of product development.
• Track the development of all products to ensure timely completion and adherence to the product development calendar, including prototype sample, fit garments, shooting sample until getting approved products.
• Ensure delivery of weekly development reports from each factory
• Ensure product development occurs on time, at the right price and in good quality matching to technical packets.
• Provide a creative contribution to the development of garments.
• Attend the Fitting section to support the team for VA-VE strategy, costing evaluation.
• Work closely with the designer to execute the design, within the target price and standard quality requirements.
• Support buying activities to ensure on-time development and bulk production until product in-store.
• Support team in system process from garment data creation to finished production and payment.

Qualifications:

• Good command of English (Chinese- Mandarin is a plus) , & ability to work outside the office.
• Candidates must have good academic qualifications including numerical and analytical skills.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in the apparel industry will be a big plus but new graduate will also be considered
• Good relevant computer ability with high-quality presentation skills.
• Excellent analytical, planning and communication skills, with the ability to solve problems and develop creative solutions.
• Ability to work independently and can decide on the quality of products.
• Self-motivated, proactive person that anticipates and solves business problems.
• Flexible, confident, and positive disposition with a good sense of responsibility and accountability.
• Team player and able to work under pressure with deadlines.
