Requirements:We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable person with product development to join our team! As a Full-Time Product owner who prioritizes the features and functionality of the product to obtain maximum performance for the benefit of the end-user. Evaluate work generated by a software Scrum team. **Responsibilities**: - Work closely with the Product Manager to align the product strategy, direction, and roadmap for the development team - Curate and distribute all of the information that the team needs to create a great product that includes the business requirement, customer journey, customer experience, and technical limitations - Coordinate and communicate with the development team to ensure everyone is aligned and follows the product strategy, value, and vision - Prioritize and manage product feature backlog to align with the product roadmap and goals - Define the development roadmap for the Scrum team to achieve the product strategy or goal - Evaluate work generated for the development team that includes the resources and timeline - Schedule and lead meetings to identify product issues, determine roadmaps for products, and manage daily goals and schedules to achieve high performance and meet project deadlines Responsibilities:Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Engineer, Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or a similar relevant field - 2 years of experience as a Product Owner - 3 years of experience at a management level with the IT project development - Have experience and knowledge with Agile methodologies, Scrum, etc - Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills - Proactive, self-starter with excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively - Proven track record of delivering data-driven solutions with a customer-first mindset - Ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver a common goal - Great communication, interpersonal, negotiation, presentation, and leadership skills - Team player and Attention to detail - Excellent organizational and time management skills
