Production Manager (Plastic Packaging)

**Industry**: Manufacturing(Chemicals/Materials) - ** Job Description**: - Primary responsibilities include production planning, raw materials, and production control lines. - Manage all tasks to ensure smooth production, quality, maintenance, final inspection and shipping. - Follow to company policies and objectives (ISO9001, BRC, GMP, HACCP, FSSC22000, ISO15378). - Manage and implement the product quality system in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, GHP/HACCP, HALAL, BRC, SMETA, and ethical standards. - Develop production plans to achieve targets. Coordinate and follow up production to ensure daily production results. Weekly and monthly control. - Ongoing Controls Monitoring and improvement related to production planning procedures. - Controls related to production planning Daily, weekly and monthly review and update of production plans - Understanding of printing colors - Knowledge of machinery - Establish systems on the production floor - Improvement of plans - Follow up on plans - Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports - Purchasing management: manage raw materials with purchasing team, check orders and inventory to production. - ** Requirement**: - 【Must】 - Male/Female, Age is 35-45 years old - Bachelor degree in Industrial management, Science, Food Technology, Production Engineer - English: Conversation Lv. Up - Experience 5 - 10 years in Production - Can use Computer Microsoft and other software - Experience and Knowledge in Plastic, Packaging (Food, Film and other), Polymer - Good knowledge of ISO9001, BRC, GMP, HACCP, FSSC 22000, ISO 15378 - Drivers license and own a car or a motorcycle(Commuting) - ** English Level**: Level 4 - Conversational Level - ** Other Language**: English - ** Working Hour**: 8:00 ~ 17:45 - ** Holiday**: - Sat,Sun,National Holidays - Sometimes need to work on Sat.(It depends on the clients situation) - ** Benefit**: - Housing allowance:2000 - Gasoline:500 - OT - Provident fund - Bonus - Medical insurance - No shuttle bus/Van
