We believe that if we have talented and ambitious people who are passionate about innovation, there is no limit to what we can achieve. **THE POSITION** - The primary role of the MSL is to provide scientific information to Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and to support medical / scientific information needs of HCPs in their designated therapeutic area. **DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES** - Responsible for engagement of external experts and scientific and clinical exchange between BI and HCPs to build the understanding and the value to clinical practice of BI products aligned with scientific objectives in IBP. - Responsible for documenting scientific interactions between BI and HCPs and for sharing these information to the brand team. - Provides and delivers important information to HCPs about the appropriate use of BI products. - Responsible for execution of advocacy development plans and support execution of medical affairs activities based on IBP in collaboration with brand team. - May initiate interaction with EE/HCP when BI needs to gain insight or to gather specific feedback to guide internal decision-making (perception tracking/ competitor information). - Provides formal medical/scientific information to HCPs in response to unsolicited requests with appropriate information. **REQUIREMENTS** - At least Bachelors degree with focus on Pharmacy or Doctoral degree (MD or PhD in Sciences) - Minimum 1 year experience as MSL or field-base medical in pharmaceutical industry or CRO is preferred - Effective communication and presentation skills - Good interpersonal skills and good team player skills **WHY BOEHRINGER INGELHEIM?** With us, you can grow, collaborate, innovate and improve lives.
