Production Manager (Slaughterhouse)

PRTR Manufacturing Recruitment Team is supporting a client who is leading of meat product and other food related business in Thailand. Operating to the highest international standards, the company produces high quality products for domestic and overseas markets covering Asia and Europe. We are looking for an experienced professional Production Manager to be responsible for Slaughterhouse Plant. - Being responsible for slaughterhouse from live duck after slaughtering process. - Supervising the machine operators and coordinate with maintenance manager. - Handling the Production Planning and ensuring the quality of products. - Working closely with cutting up meat section to maintain the quality and standard. - Working closely with site maintenance manager for the environment control issue. - Performing other tasks as assigned. **Qualification**: - 35-45 years old with experience more than 10 year in Production Process. - Experience in Slaughter Process of Duck or Chicken manufacturing industry. - Knowledge in Machinery Process in Production Line. - Experience from Food Export Manufacturing is preferable. - Ability to manage and supervise subordinates. - Good sense of people management, management vision and aggressive. - Moderate to Good English communication skill. - Be able to work on Saturday (twice a month).
