JOB DETAIL

- Manage and successfully guide a team of support engineers, senior system engineers and customer service staff - Supervise and ensure excellence of all services provided at optimized resource coordination. - Able to go TOR, MA, Resource management, Manage man-day, budgeting management. - Coordinate between BA, SA, Developer and Tester project by project. - Handle customer complaints and major issues successfully. - Investigate and solve complex problems. - Establish and maintain close client relationships by competent consulting and proactive and reliable handling of all customer inquiries.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related. - At least 3 Years of experience in Project Manager with experience in SDLC Process. - Focusing the candidate who have experience in Banking or Software house industry. (Must deal with external client) - Experienced in TOR, MA, resource management, budgeting management. - Ability to build trust among all clients through professional expertise and reliable, high quality service. - Proactive thinking, excellent planning and coordination skills - English can communicate. *
