Project Manager

PRTRs IT team is looking for a talented Project Manager to join our clients company which is a global insurance technology company located in Bangkok. - Accompanying the scrum teams by anchoring an agile mindset, organizing and optimizing the Scrum process. - Coaching the Product Owner and the development team regarding their agile roles and tasks and enabling the team to live them accordingly. - Reporting on project financials and status on a regular basis. - Ensuring projects are adhering to the agreed timelines and assuring the Project Team is staffed correctly to match this purpose (through strong collaboration with Development and Testing Team leads). - Identifying and managing project risks. - Preparing and executing the project communication plan. This includes project/client/business partner meetings and conference calls such as project kick-off meetings, weekly and ad-hoc, issue solving, and performing post-mortem, while ensuring minutes are distributed. - Removing the impediments from development to deliver tasks as scheduled **Requirements**: - Degree in Economics, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field of study. - 4 years and above of Project management skills like scope management, planning, financial estimation and follow-up, etc. - Similar experience on large-scale international projects. - Structured and able to document efficiently. - Smooth communication and ability to engage and build trust with all stakeholders. - Seeking constructive outcomes in discussions, challenging traditional assumptions while remaining willing to compromise when it is beneficial to progress. - Excellent command of English (both writing and speaking). - Good skills in JIRA, Confluence or similar Agile tools.
