About the job
Inspect and evaluate the quality of packaging materials based on incoming inspection plans, sampling methods, and defined defect standards. Record inspection results and report findings.
Manage packaging status in SAP system including release, hold, and reject actions. Coordinate with relevant departments to handle physical stock accordingly.
Maintain reference samples of packaging labels for inspection purposes and retrieve reference samples when handling customer complaints.
Investigate packaging-related customer complaints by preparing Quality Notification reports, submitting complaints to suppliers, and following up on root causes and corrective actions.
Ensure product release processes are followed correctly. Manage product data in digital systems to prevent issues caused by data discrepancies.
Utilize digital tools such as Excel, Power BI, and other platforms to manage, analyze, and report quality data. Create dashboards and support data/document management activities.
Prepare, coordinate, and maintain quality-related documents and forms for raw materials, packaging, and finished products (e.g., App forms, PRs, COAs).
Participate in product and manufacturing process quality audits, including assessments of quality control and assurance systems at contract manufacturing sites.
About you
Bachelor's degree in Science, Food Science, Food Technology or related field.
Knowledge and understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control.
At least 2 years' experience in quality assurance in food industry or related roles.
Knowledge in GMP/ HACCP/ FSSC 22000 or Food Safety system, ISO 9001
Communicable in English
Strong analytical and problem-solving Skill, Leadership Skill
Digitalization on Microsoft automation system, Power Bi, Dashboard visualization.
Able to relocate to work in Muangmhai Bangplee Industrial Estate, Samutprakarn
