Our client is a global company that produces and imports Industrial appliances, they are looking for Quality Leader to join them as detailed below:
Industry: Global Industrial Electrical ApplianceReport to: Quality ManagerLocation: ChonburiWorking Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 17:00 hrs.

Responsibilities
Manage and improve product & process quality in line with company and customer standards
Establish inspection standards for incoming, in-process, and final stages
Lead and develop the quality team to achieve company strategy
Act as focal point for customer claims, working closely with internal departments
Control COPQ, FTQ, and other quality indicators related to production
Apply 8D methodology and statistical analysis to identify root causes and corrective actions
Drive continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
Minimum 10 years' experience in an automotive manufacturing environment (Tier 1 automotive industry background will be considered a strong advantage)
Strong knowledge of Quality Control, 8D problem solving, and quality improvement plans
Proficiency in Quality Core Tools (APQP, Control Plan, PFMEA, SPC, MSA)
Hands-on experience in production quality control processes such as laser cutting, stamping, blending, machining, welding, and painting
Understanding of fabrication, welding, and assembly processes
Good command of English, strong computer skills
Excellent leadership, analytical thinking, and communication skills
