Regional Sales Trainer (Central Region) - AVP Level

Job Purpose

The Regional Sales Trainer will implement a comprehensive sales training plan to support the organizations sales objectives. This role will enhance and deliver sales training programs, monitor training effectiveness, and ensure the suitability of training methods.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate sales training programs for all levels (BM, SA, RM, AM) within the assigned region.

  • Provide sales coaching and skill development support to the regional sales team.

  • Design and deliver various training formats, including face-to-face training at Lotus stores, classroom-based sessions, and e-learning (Zoom, MS Teams).

  • Assess and update training content and delivery methods to maintain effectiveness.

  • Develop self-paced e-learning modules, job aids, and performance support tools.

  • Gather feedback from participants and commercial leaders to improve training programs.

  • Continuously evaluate training needs and develop appropriate training materials.

  • Create assessment tools and provide corrective feedback for joint sales calls.

  • Track and monitor the professional development of commercial team members.

  • Support sales activities throughout the year as needed.

  • Adhere to Krungsri Groups core values, policies, and procedures.

  • Collaborate with peers and share improvement suggestions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or higher in any related field.

  • A minimum of 10 years of overall work experience is required.

    • At least 5 years of experience in insurance training management and sales coaching.

    • A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales is preferred.

  • Expertise in insurance product training, non-life insurance, and financial products.

  • Understanding sales effectiveness, forecasting, and opportunity management

  • Demonstrating strong communication, presentation, facilitation, and training design skills

  • Maintaining professionalism and demonstrating strong motivational skills

  • Focusing on a customer-centric approach

  • Adopting a lifelong learning mindset with a growth attitude

  • Collaborating effectively as a team player

  • Holding a certified coaching credential is an advantage.
