1. Control drug quality

Check the condition of the product and packaging upon receipt into the warehouse (no damage or contamination) and ensure it complies with GPP regulations.

Check the expiration date and lot number every time before receiving and distributing.

Check that the storage meets standards such as temperature, humidity, light.

Regularly prepare product quality inspection records (Quality Control Record)

1. Manage the warehouse system

Set the storage location appropriately according to the type of medicine, such as refrigerated medicine, room temperature medicine.

Use a FIFO (First In, First Out) or FEFO (First Expire, First Out) system for distributing goods.

Check monthly/quarterly stock counts and prepare inventory reports (Stock Report)

Verify the accuracy of disbursements in the ERP or WMS system.

1. Drug distribution

Check the payment document/withdrawal form before delivering it to the customer or agency.

Ensure that the medicines exported are correct according to the order, in the correct quantity and safely packaged.

Prepare shipping documents such as invoices and packing lists.

1. Legal and standard aspects

Verify operations to comply with GDP (Good Distribution Practice) criteria.

Keep documents of drug receipt and dispensing for use as evidence according to FDA regulations.

Prepare documents and provide information when inspected by government agencies or assessors.

1. Safety

Control the storage of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances in accordance with the law.

Safely dispose of damaged, deteriorated, or expired products (Drug Disposal)
