KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Performance Support
· Monitor and track daily sales performance across all retail stores, generate leaderboard reports to share store rankings with the Retail Team and Brand Management Team.
· Identify fast-moving SKUs and coordinate timely replenishment to avoid out-of-stock situations and maximize sell-through.
· Track the sales performance of specific SKUs during incentive periods or product push campaigns to support strategic objectives.
Inventory Planning & Management
· Forecast and manage stock needs for each retail store by aligning warehouse inventory with store-level demand, sales trends, storage and promotional calendars.
· Ensure timely delivery and full availability of products in-store before the launch of campaigns or peak traffic periods.
· Implement and enforce FIFO (First In, First Out) to minimize aging inventory and improve overall stock turnover.
· Conduct regular stock counts in collaboration with BAs (daily, monthly, quarterly) to ensure inventory accuracy and quickly address any discrepancies.
Coordination & Logistics
· Collaborate closely with the Stock Management team to manage inbound and outbound logistics for both products and POSMs.
· Ensure timely delivery of goods and marketing materials to stores, especially during promotional launches.
· Coordinate and manage return logistics from stores to the warehouse, ensuring proper documentation and item tracking.
Reporting & Analysis
· Monitor stock levels, sales data, and inventory movement to generate actionable insights and support inventory optimization.
· Provide regular reports on stock performance, POSM utilization, and inventory accuracy to the Retail and Brand teams.
· Track the usage of in-store Testers and Store Diffusers to ensure consistent availability, prevent shortages, and optimize allocation to minimize waste.
· Identify and resolve issues related to overstocking, understocking, or damaged goods through proactive data analysis and coordination with relevant teams.
Operational Support & Administration
· Support new store openings and ongoing retail operations by coordinating essential tools and materials, including stationery, cleaning supplies, POS materials, and store documentation.
· Act as a liaison to help resolve operational issues at store level, such as internet connectivity, banking device errors, or equipment malfunctions, by coordinating with internal teams or external service providers.
· Perform ad hoc tasks and provide cross-functional support as assigned by the Retail team to ensure smooth daily operations.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor's degree in related field with 2-3 years of proven experience in retail coordination, stock management, or sales operations, preferably in premium or multi-store retail environments.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Especially Excel) and familiar with retail POS systems.
· Experience in coordinating POSM deployment, store operational logistics, and campaign readiness is an advantage.
· Good command of English, with the ability to create simple reports and communicate effectively with internal teams and suppliers.
· Organizational, problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and proactive mindset.
· Strong communication and coordination skills for cross-functional collaboration and issue resolution and able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines with accuracy and efficiency.
