The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud. Browse our Operations team openings to see how you can make an impact with us. - Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with customers and working to establish a positive rapport with every customer. - Following up and notifying the result of the problem solving and service to the customer. - Investigate, negotiate and solve out of dispute cases between buyers, sellers, and other stakeholders. Taking action to solve the problems of customers arising from the use of various services of the company and coordinating with relevant departments. - Uphold judging standards to comply with company policy and consumer protection laws. - Work with the management team to stay updated on operation knowledge, and be informed of any changes in company policy. **Requirements**: - Strong critical and logical thinking skills - Immaculate telephone manners with excellent interpersonal skills and verbal / written communication skills. - Excellent time management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Proactive, driving for result and teamwork spirit. - Bachelors Degree in a related field. - Good communication skill speaking and writing (English is a plus) - Experiences in Customer Service or Call Center is an advantage
