It is how we work, consistently, be it towards the company, our colleagues or our customers. **Responsibilities**: - Quality Assurance and control: this pertains to the checks and controls in the system to test the working of policy parameters including any regulatory/other changes related to Bankcards, Ready credit, Personal Loans, Mortgage. The role involves 2 key activities: - Testing against various set Monitoring Activities and uploading results in the QAF system. - Coordinating as a liason for the operations team and acting as the “Checker” for testing activities carried out by them. - MCA: Managers Control Assessment. This activity is done on a quarterly basis and pertains to various process controls and checking on the effectiveness of the same. Job role would involve acting as a “maker” for various process controls. - Responsible for other monthly deliverables such as the preparing and analyzing parts of the Portfolio Quality Review (PQR), Risk Forum decks, Country Macro-economic indicator, Merchant and Partnerships-related MIS. **Job Requirements**: - Bachelor Degree or higher in Engineering, Economics, Math, Statistic or related field. - Minimum 2+ years experience in a related field. Prior knowledge of consumer banking would be an advantage - Strong analytical and quantitative skills. - Excellent computer skills. - Strong English language communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to work independently, learn fast, and maintain a positive attitude. **Be a part of UOB Family**:
