DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collect and consolidate data from internal systems (e.g., Simplr, S3, Power BI, Excel) to support reporting needs.
• Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports for sales teams.
• Ensure data accuracy and completeness before generating reports.
• Maintain organized documentation and data archives for easy retrieval.

EXPECTED QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or any related field.
• At least 1 year in Sales, Finance, or Marketing within a reporting and analysis environment.
• English skill (Conversation and writing)
• Excel / Advance Excel / PowerPoint
• Advance knowledge of data tools such as Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), Power BI (If any)
