Position: Sales Manager (Warehouse / 3PL)Package: Up to 200K (Negotiable)Location: BangkokRole & ResponsibilitiesManage the full spectrum of sales activities, including pipeline development, revenue generation, and profit achievement. Prepare business proposals and deliver professional presentations to prospective and existing clients. Take ownership of RFQ processes, including cost estimation, data analysis, and bid submissions.
Formulate and implement sales strategies for warehouse storage and distribution services to achieve set targets. Support continuous improvement by joining process review sessions and recommending enhancements to operational procedures and tools. Promote company warehousing solutions, perform essential warehouse-related calculations, and manage both customer acquisition and existing accounts.
Conduct regular client visits, calls, and sales meetings while providing timely sales reports and progress updates. Handle additional assignments or projects as directed by the Manager. QualificationsBachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
At least 5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, consulting, or 3PL (Third-Party Logistics), with a focus on warehouse operations, inventory management, and transportation. Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales hunting and business development. Strong presentation and sales communication skills in English.
In-depth knowledge of logistics contracts, warehouse management, and distribution practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written (mandatory).
