Responsibility
- Identify and follow through on business opportunities for portfolio customers to increase their spending
- Lead a high-functioning store customer development team to achieve KPIs.
- Coach the team to work effectively by ensuring the implementation of account and visit plans.
- Visit high-priority customers and go into the field to understand and communicate market trends and realities to the Head Office team.
- Ensure the implementation of store market opportunity model initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Assistant Store General Manager to achieve store and customer development team KPIs and ensure operational excellence.
- Demonstrate the ability to drive sales through the actions of others.
- Possess supervisory experience in sales and customer service within a retail or B2B wholesale organization.
- Have previous sales experience with a proven track record of achieving set KPIs.
- Foster teamwork and collaboration across stakeholders in the store and Head Office team.
Qualification
- Thai Male/Female
- Graduate of Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Economics, Computer Science or related courses
- 5-7 years of working experience, at least 3-5 years supervisory experience in sales and customer service, database management of a retailer or wholesale organization
- Self-motivated, Well-organized, Thorough in numbers
- Proactive, positive thinking and can-do attitude.
- Results-oriented and detail-oriented.
