Key Responsibilities :
1. Sales Operations & Support (50%)
Manage and optimize the CRM system (Odoo) to support the sales team's efficiency.
Develop and maintain internal user guides for the CRM system.
Enhance sales processes within the CRM to improve data accuracy and conversion rates.
Provide reports and dashboards to give management clear visibility into the sales funnel and pipeline.
Support the sales team with documentation such as quotations, contracts, and other sales-related materials.
2. Marketing Operations, Event & Social Management (50%)
Develop and maintain the company's Event Calendar to ensure clear and consistent marketing planning.
Analyze and evaluate potential events/exhibitions (target audience, cost vs. lead, ROI) and recommend whether the company should participate.
Coordinate and manage marketing activities such as events, exhibitions, and seminars.
Oversee social media posts (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn), including content planning, coordination with design/agency teams, scheduling, and monitoring engagement and lead results.
Manage sales collateral such as brochures, roll-ups, presentations, landing pages, and other digital assets.
Negotiate and manage agencies or vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with the required quality.
Prepare detailed reports on marketing events and social campaigns (ROI, cost per lead, lead conversion rate) and link the analysis directly to the sales pipeline.
Collaborate closely with the Sales/BD team to track and measure leads generated from events and social posts, and propose strategies to improve future lead generation.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, or Marketing Operations.
Strong understanding of CRM processes, event marketing, social media management, and lead generation.
Experience with Odoo or other ERP/CRM systems.
Excellent coordination and communication skills across internal and external teams.
Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
