**About our group**: Corporate Accounting and Finance drives a sustainable increase in shareholder value through effective business partnering, planning and reporting that enabling our partners to make optimal business decisions while fulfilling our fiduciary responsibilities. **About the role - you will**: - Audit and analyze data - Establish good working relationship with internal and external customers - Assist internal and external customers in all matters related to program calculations - Maintain improvements of sales programs in coordination with the group - Be responsible for the analysis, calculation and audit of sales programs / customer rebates, specially designed for customers in the Americas region, through timely and correct program calculation and payment issuance - Build productive working relationships internally and externally - Daily liaise with internal and external customers to ensure understanding and prompt payment of programs - Work with customers reconciliations - Resolve program disputes - Participate and contribute to Finance Sales Programs special projects - Be responsible for detailed instructions on new projects and assignments to be completed for the department - Performance metrics & compliance testing - Implementation and execution of internal controls - Perform ad hoc tasks as per required by Manager **About you**: - Excellent command of the English language - written and verbal - Excellent communication skills - Enjoys working with numbers and data - High level of detail and accuracy - Good level of technical skills - Enjoy working as a team player in a fast paced environment - Can work under pressure and deadlines - Able to work in international team - Flexibility to work within multiple time zones is required **Your experience includes**: - Knowledge in International Finance Environment - Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot tables, Macro, Formulas, V-look up, SQL) - Knime or Python programming is preferred **Location: Teparuk, Thailand**: Home to 4,000+ employees, our Teparuk site produces nano-recording heads, a crucial component of the read/write functionality of a hard disk drive.
