You will manage the company's product ( Bulk SMS Product or Software Product). sales by developing business plans, meeting planned goals, and coordinating with other departments on lead generation. You will also be tasked with overseeing the activities and performance of your sales team by tracking sales goals, setting individual sales targets, and facilitating the ongoing training of your salespeople. Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients. Set sales targets for the team and drive sales to ensure achieve the target for business. Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team. Identifying operational issues and developing and improving operation efficiency, counseling, and product knowledge. Evaluate outcomes and effectiveness of sales activities as well as propose changes and refinements to short-term sales strategy. Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, guidance and recommending new opportunities. Coordinating with product and marketing team on lead generation. Prepares sales team reports showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion. Bachelor s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science or higher in any related fields. At least 3 years experience of being the Sales in IT industry is a must. Good skills in presentation, communication, negotiation, analytical and interpersonal skills. Good command in English both Speaking and Writing. Professional look with a pleasant personality. Enthusiastic and willing to learn and develop.
