• ตรวจตราและลาดตระเวนพื้นที่ที่ได้รับมอบหมายเพื่อดูแลความปลอดภัยของแขกและพนักงาน

• อำนวยความสะดวกในการเคลื่อนย้ายบุคคลสำคัญ เงินสด หรือสิ่งของที่มีความอ่อนไหวตามความจำเป็น
• ประสานงานกับเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจและหน่วยงานฉุกเฉินภายนอกเมื่อจำเป็น
• ปฏิบัติตามและบังคับใช้ข้อกำหนดและระเบียบปฏิบัติของโรงแรม รวมถึงขั้นตอนการรับมือเหตุฉุกเฉิน
