Its used by thousands of companies all around the world including industry leaders like IWC, Accor etc. With a diverse, global team of 92 employees, we are expanding rapidly. **Role Description**: Were looking for senior software engineers who understand the difference between solving interesting computer science problems and writing beautiful maintainable code in a team setting, and love doing both. We believe in the power of capable and highly motivated individuals to accomplish great things in small teams, with complete ownership of projects and rapid iteration. **Required qualifications**: - Solid computer science fundamentals in databases, operating systems, algorithms, data structures, etc. - Be a self-motivated learner and builder with a strong customer focus and a willingness to work for a rapidly growing international SaaS company (primary markets: USA, EU, Korea). - Skillful at identifying when to be scrappy (or lean) and when to be scalable. - Min **6 years of experience with back-end API development using HTTPS, WebSockets, Message Queues and REST in any language incl. AWS and Linux**: - Familiar with **JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, React/Redux and Node.js**. - Knowledge of **NoSQL would be advantageous, especially MongoDB**. - Be highly creative and able to understand the requirements at a deep level and figure out whats missing. - Keen interest in learning and working with a new technology stack. **Nice-to-Haves**: Experience developing, monitoring, and maintaining high-performance, high-traffic websites - including **caching/CDN usage, page load optimization, API throughput tuning, server scaling, clusters and database optimization**.
