Solid Data Led Marketing experience. Proven record of work experience in CRM. Experience in Retail and/or FMCG. Key Responsibility. Developing and implementing marketing techniques that will drive new customers. Attracting new customers, retaining existing customers, and bringing back lapser and gone away by developing and driving CRM strategy. Planning marketing strategy, and managing multi-channel marketing campaign. Suggesting new method to address customers need and identifying market opportunity.
