Position Overview Oversee daily operations and customer service, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and high-quality environment for members and guests. The role includes recruiting, developing, motivating, deploying, and retaining top-performing team members, driving operational and service strategies, managing budgets, and ensuring timely reporting.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operations
Manage day-to-day operations to ensure smooth functioning.
Develop, implement, and manage overall operational strategy, including accurate budgeting and timely reporting.
Monitor and control financial performance to achieve monthly targets.
Maintain a thorough understanding of brand standards and ensure they are consistently upheld.

Address and resolve escalated member feedback and complaints effectively.
Organize and manage quarterly member forums.
3. Finance, Administration, and Reporting
Ensure operational targets are met, including profitability and controllable expenses.
Follow accounting procedures and ensure timely submission of financial information.
Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports accurately.
Develop and manage budgets as required.
Authorize purchase orders in line with company guidelines.
4. People Management
Participate in recruitment by reviewing resumes and supporting the selection process.
Ensure thorough onboarding and training for all team members before they serve members or prospects.
Coach, motivate, and develop the team to achieve organizational goals.
Manage individual performance with regular feedback and formal evaluations.
Focus on internal talent development and succession planning.
