Senior Project Manager

Our client is a communication design & production group in the Asia Pacific, Exhibitions, Retail & Commercial Interior, Museums, Events, and Environmental Graphics.16 offices across the Asia Pacific offering one-stop solutions in Singapore, Beijing, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Macau, New Delhi, Jakarta, Tokyo, Bangkok, etc. **Responsibilities** - Creating strategic planning for all projects and marketing. - Overall project management and budget. - Participating in all CLM marketing and design tasks. - Monitoring, analysis control, and consultation with the internal team under supervision. - Reporting and updating progress regularly to Director, to make sure the target and goals are met. **Qualifications** - Degrees in Architecture or Interior design or related. - Good command of spoken and written English. - Minimum 5-8 years of working experience in interior decorating and/or exhibition projects. - Must have strong experience in working with the Luxury Hi-End department and related. - Highly effective project management skills. - Must be process-driven and good at following up on work. - Must be extremely service-minded, have a Positive Attitude, and Time Management (multi-tasking). - AutoCAD skills be an advantage but not a must. **Benefits** - Social security - Insurance - Car allowance - Telephone allowance - Provident Fund - Bonus: Depends on the companys performance - **The probation Period is 119** days.
