Job Overview:As a Sales role, you will be responsible for assisting walk-in customers with product selection and providing expert guidance on Euro Creations' furniture and home décor offerings. In addition to advising customers, you will ensure that the showroom remains immaculate, while also working towards your individual sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide personalized assistance to customers, helping them choose the right furniture and accessories to suit their home.
Demonstrate product features and characteristics, explaining design details and benefits.
Understand customers' needs and preferences, recommending products that align with their requirements to close sales.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and help meet or exceed sales targets.
Manage the entire sales process, from initial consultation to payment collection, and coordinate delivery schedules.
Notify customers of any changes or issues with their orders, ensuring smooth communication.
Continuously review and improve personal performance to meet sales goals.
Deliver outstanding customer service, representing Euro Creations professionally at all times.
Maintain a neat, organized showroom environment, ensuring all displays are clean and visually appealing.
Qualifications:
A degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Product Design, or a related field is preferred.
Relevant experience in these fields without formal qualifications will also be considered.
Prior experience in the furniture, home décor, or retail industry is an advantage (2-5 years preferred).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in spoken and written English.
Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint is required.
Availability to work on weekends (8 days off per month).
